Village Gives Village Gives Back Foundation
Village Gives Back Foundation (VGBF) is a non‐profit certified development company whose mission is to help fund community development in Minnesota. In 2011, The Village Gives Back Foundation (VGBF) started a corporate donor advised fund and is committed to annual grant‐making that supports economic development programs throughout the state of Minnesota.

To determine if a project fits VGBF guidelines and interests, applicants must submit an online application of inquiry describing the proposed project. Grant making meetings are held throughout the year. To be considered for the current year, your application must be received on or before September 30. Online applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis, and will be submitted to VGBF upon receipt.

Employee Well-Being

The Village Automotive Group Wellbeing Committee is the primary entity that drives programs to sustain long-term health promotion within our dealerships. The Wellbeing committee helps plan and implement workplace policies, drive health promotions and events that encourage ongoing engagement, and increased productivity which leads to reduced risk of chronic diseases. Below is the model “Six Elements to Well-Being” our committee follows and uses in the recognition of our employee wellbeing accomplishments.
